Shipping

All Kthos orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs delays beyond our control.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure about the eligibility of your item, please reach out to us before initiating a return.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
